Arden Construction is a leading supplier to Local Authorities, Healthcare and Schools in the Midlands. We have had recent successes in both Framework agreements and stand alone contracts.
Recently we have been successful on the Measured Term Framework for Building Works for George Eliot Hospital, this will be over a period of two years, and construction works will include renovation, repair and refurbishment.
Another framework success is a three-year framework with Redditch Borough Council for General Building and External Works in Void, Occupied and Council Owned Properties. These works will cover a variety of properties within the Borough of Redditch and District of Bromsgrove.
As well as Frameworks we have various contracts in the healthcare sector, covering refurbishment and maintenance. We are currently completing the building and associated groundworks to facilitate data centre at Alexandra Hospital, Redditch and Worcester Royal Hospital.
In the school sector current contracts include a two-storey classroom extension for two additional kindergarden classrooms for Warwick Preparatory School and construction of a dining hall extension for Greenholm Primary Academy.
Other public buildings we are refurbishing include the interior of Alcester Fire Station, as well as making alterations and enhancements to the Round Room at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
